1. Order Processing

All orders placed on Varddhanam are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Once your order has been packaged and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automatic dispatch notification via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email with your tracking details.

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery across India usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your destination PIN code. Deliveries to major metropolitan cities generally arrive within 3 to 4 business days, while regional and interior areas may require 5 to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

We provide reliable door-to-door courier service across India. Free shipping is available on qualifying promotional orders as specified during checkout. Any applicable shipping charges are calculated transparently and shown on the checkout page prior to payment.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your shipment is generated, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp with our courier partner (Shiprocket / Bluedart / Delhivery / India Post). You can track your package in real-time from dispatch to delivery.

5. Undelivered or Remote PIN Codes

If our logistics partners are unable to deliver to a specific remote PIN code or if the provided address is incomplete, our customer care team will reach out to you directly to confirm alternate arrangements or issue a prompt refund.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

We inspect and securely seal all Ayurvedic formulations before dispatch. If your package appears damaged, leaking, or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it or record an unboxing video and notify us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 7016872985.
